Lawn maintenance takes place on Mondays.
The Amenity Center is available for Residents to rent out during the weekends that it is not in use for Community wide activities. Rent here for your next gathering!
Resident must be in good standing with the HOA
Rentals are available from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. (Including tear down and set up time!)
$200 fee for 6 hours (this includes set up and tear down time)
Max capacity: 65 people
Rental does not include access to the pool
Inflatables such as bounce houses or slides are not permitted inside or outside of the clubhouse.
Features: Twelve 6 ft long tables, 64 chairs, and a microwave.
Rentals are not confirmed until both the payment and reservation rental agreement have been turned into the office.
